TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Football Evolution Training's Academy! Before you proceed with registration and payment, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. AGE & ELIGIBILITY

By registering, you confirm that the player's age falls within the range relevant to their DOB and that only the decision for the player to ‘move-up’ an age group is to be suggested by the coaching staff.

2. HEALTH & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical fitness to participate.

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to FET.

3. CODES OF CONDUCT

I have read and agree to comply with the codes of conduct (See attaced PDF)

4. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE:

FET may capture photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to the use of such media.

5. PAYMENT TERMS:

Prior payment is mandatory before participating in any Football Evolution Training (FET) events.

Subscriptions are required to be completed in their entirety once the initial payment has been made.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

The cancellation fee for any scheduled session is equivalent to the full cost of that session.

Strictly No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. MISSED SESSIONS:

No refunds are provided for missed sessions. However, participants can arrange for make-up sessions.

Make-up sessions can be scheduled and confirmed via administration, limited to the current term during which the session was missed

8. WITHDRAWAL FROM FET

Should you choose to withdraw from Football Evolution Training (FET), you will receive a credit equivalent to the remaining sessions in your package. This credit will be valid for a duration of 6 months from the date FET is officially notified of your withdrawal.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER:

Participation involves inherent risks. By registering, you release FET and its organisers from liability.
