At Football Evolution Training (FET), we are dedicated to helping footballers of all ages build strength, agility, and confidence on the pitch. Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are led by highly qualified trainers and coaches who are university graduates in Sports Science, Exercise & Rehabilitation.

We provide structured sessions for different age groups, from young beginners to advanced athletes, including:
 

✅ U9-U12

✅ U13-U16

✅ U18+ & Adult Players

 

Each session is designed to meet the needs of developing athletes, helping them build a strong foundation and progress confidently in their football journey—no matter their age or experience level.

 

What you will gain

Our sessions focus on key areas that enhance athletic performance and football-specific skills, including:

Movement Competency developing fundamental movement skills essential for all sports

Balance & Coordination improving control and body awareness on and off the ball

Fundamental Strength Patterns – building strength through safe and age appropriate exercises

Plyometrics & Agility enhancing explosive power and quick changes in direction, jump height, sprint speed, and overall power

Reaction-based Drills & Speed Mechanics – refining reflexes and speed to gain a competitive edge

Core Stability – strengthening the core for better posture, endurance and injury prevention.

We offer on-pitch and gym-based training options, ensuring players get the best environment for their development. Whether you’re an individual player or part of a team, we can customise sessions to align with your specific goals.

We welcome individuals and teams to experience our training with a trial session for just $22 per player ($15 for groups of 10+ players). This is a great way to see firsthand how our sessions can benefit long-term development.
