Giving Female Footballers The Development
& Opportunity They Deserve!

The FET Female Academy is WA’s solution to the lack of development opportunities available to Perth Female footballers. We know that young players aren't exposed to enough game time or structured training hours, and are often left with unqualified parents, or inexperienced coaches. 

Our academy complements club training - offering up to 2 additional training sessions per week. With the incredible success of our Male Academy our the vision to replicate and increase the number of contact sessions plus (once the foundations are set), begin to provide additional competitive games against other WA clubs. This will allow all young, dedicated Perth players the best opportunity to optimise their development!

In the coming years, we plan to provide our Female players opportunities to travel to internationally and interstate. Players will get the chance to play against professional academy sides and academies, allowing them to understand the baseline for top talent around the world. FET will also be hosting showcases, allowing our players to be seen by our network of international scouts.
